FAQ

    1. On the homepage, click "Rent Now". Select "Mobility Scooter" and then "Add to Cart".
    2. Select your pickup date and time and your return date and time and add to cart. If you don't see this, click the cart icon and click the date range below the "Cart text".
    3. Click "Checkout". In the checkout, enter your information (name, email, phone), your pickup location (where we will deliver the scooter to at the start of the rental) and return location (where we will retrieve the scooter at the end of the rental). Read and accept the terms and conditions.
    4. Click "Complete Checkout" and, using PayPal, complete the payment process.
    5. On pickup, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver.

  • We rent our scooters for $100 per day and $600 per week (7 days) plus tax.

  • Yes! We can deliver and pickup your scooter anywhere in St. Thomas whether that be at your hotel, rental property, or at the dock if you would like to rent one for the day while exploring during your cruise!

  • If you live on the island and are interested in purchasing a scooter that you would own, we do sell scooters. Please give us a call and we can help you.

  • All payments are done online through PayPal during the checkout process. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. 

  • No. Mobility scooters are to be used indoors and on paved pedestrian areas outdoors. (see the Terms and Conditions).

  • By accepting these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I am renting a mobility scooter intended for pedestrian areas only. This scooter is not street-legal and must not be used on public roads (except when crossing the street at designated crosswalks).

    I agree to the following:

    1. I will operate the mobility scooter on sidewalks and paved pedestrian areas only. I will not ride on roads, in bike lanes, or on loose terrain such as gravel, grass, or sand.
    2. I will keep both hands on the handlebars and remain seated at all times while operating the scooter.
    3. I will exercise caution around curbs, uneven pavement, inclines, ramps, water, and other potentially hazardous areas.
    4. I will not take the scooter off curbs, stairs, or elevated surfaces, nor perform jumps or stunts of any kind.
    5. I accept full responsibility for any damages to the scooter during my rental period. This includes repair or replacement costs due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.
    6. I am responsible for the safe-keeping of the scooter at all times. I will not leave the scooter unattended in unsafe or high-theft areas. I understand that theft or loss of the scooter may result in additional charges up to the full replacement value.
    7. I confirm that I am physically able to safely operate the scooter and do not have any condition that may impair my ability to do so.
    8. I understand that the maximum weight capacity of the mobility scooter is 300 lbs (136 kg). I will not exceed this limit, and I acknowledge that doing so may result in equipment failure and will void any claims for injury or malfunction.
    9. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless 340 Mobility Scooters and its representatives from any liability, injury, or damages arising from my use of the scooter.

    I understand that any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of my rental without refund, and I may be held financially liable for any resulting damages or loss.
